Promotional Mailer

This dossier was sent out by Nintendo of America a couple weeks before Goldeneye 007's release. Its job was to give some basic information as well as hype up the game. It even has a coupon for $5 off the game!

Goldeneye 007 began shipping on Monday, August 25th in North America. The "Available August 28, 1997" mentioned on the coupon gave a few days for the carts to ship and retailers to stock them.

Something that is not quite clear to me is exactly who these were sent to. If you received one of these in August 1997, I would be curious to know how you obtained it.
